Classified under “Project Blue Book” – Project Blue Book Originally Project Blue Book was the Air Force name for a project that investigated UFO reports between 1947 and 1969.
In 1989, an organization calling itself “The New Project Blue Book” contacted the FBI. This file consists of correspondence concerning this organization.
The classified letter below is an undisclosed Top Secret X-Files, only known as “The Tyler Account”. It’s believed to have been written by an Alien species called the SIRIANS.

A Message from Beyond
Dear President Dwight D. Eisenhower,
The human race has reached a level of intellectual development where it is time to address the age-old question: “Are we alone?”
The answer is a resounding no.
I am Tyler, an extraterrestrial sent to observe human behaviour. I have been disguised as a leading astrophysicist of your time.
My species originates from a planet twice the size of Earth, located 10 light-years away from your Sun. Our home planet is known as Sirius 5, part of the Alpha Canis Majoris system.
Over 250,000 years ago, our solar system consisted of three stars. One of those stars, Sirius C, exploded, forcing my ancestors, the Sirians, to flee their dying planet.
We eventually found Earth, a planet teeming with life, including early humans. To ensure our survival, we intervened in human evolution, crossing our genetics with the ape-man to create a more resilient species.
However, this intervention had unintended consequences. The accelerated development led to the emergence of Homo sapiens, a species prone to aggression and conflict.
Throughout human history, we have observed your destructive tendencies and have intervened to prevent self-annihilation. The development of nuclear weapons, for example, posed a grave threat to your species.
The Human Dilemma
Human beings possess extraordinary intellectual capabilities, but these strengths are often accompanied by destructive tendencies. Throughout history, humanity has engaged in countless conflicts, driven by greed, power, and a thirst for domination.
The world has been divided into nations, each vying for supremacy and protecting its own interests. This constant struggle for power has fueled countless wars and atrocities.
We, the extraterrestrial guardians, have intervened to prevent humanity from destroying itself. The development of nuclear weapons, for example, posed a grave threat to your species.
However, our presence has not been without its challenges. We are not the only alien race to have visited Earth. Over 70 different species have influenced human history, each with their own agendas.
Today, four species dominate human society. Understanding these influences is crucial to addressing the complex challenges facing humanity.

A Complex Alien Landscape
The Earth is home to a diverse array of extraterrestrial species, each with its own unique characteristics and agendas.
The Greys, known for their interference and abductions, are often seen as annoying pests. They were originally slaves to the Reptilian JOTUNN, who introduced them to Earth.
The JOTUNN, our ancient rivals, were defeated over 100,000 years ago by a mysterious force known as the Black Angels. These fearsome creatures, with their dark skin, piercing eyes, and razor-sharp claws, have been the subject of terrifying legends for centuries.
The Vampire species, also known as LAMIA in Greek and Roman mythology, arrived on Earth during the 6th century BC.They are blood-sucking creatures that fear sunlight.
We, the SIRIANS, are the most benevolent of the alien races on Earth. We have been allies to humanity for centuries, protecting you from the threats posed by the Greys, the JOTUNN, and the Vampires.
Our goal is to help humanity advance technologically and eventually join us in space exploration. Within the next two centuries, we hope to see you on Mars, ready to uncover the secrets of the universe.
Remember, the future of humanity is intertwined with the fate of these extraterrestrial species. Let us work together towards a peaceful and prosperous future for all.
