From the swirling nebulae of what was once our planet, Siri, I, Adam, grandson of Commander Cardin and Karen Black, focused my observation devices on that peculiar planet, Earth. My heart ached with a familiar longing.
Seventy five years had passed since my grandfather’s mission, the “Black Angels” expedition, vanished without a trace. We had come to Earth searching for answers, hoping to understand what fate had befallen Cardin and his crew. My grandfather was a respected war-torn heroe seeking the life-saving “red crystal” , in order to save our species from certain demise.
Our Sirian history, deeply intertwined with Earth’s ancient past, whispered of a time when our people, using their advanced intelligence and technology, were mistakenly revered as gods. Interestingly, the Egyptians, among the earliest civilizations, patterned their theology after our own; their reverence for figures like Osiris echoed our royal lineage. Humans, in their infancy, gazed upon us with awe, believing us to be celestial beings descended from the heavens. Even the fabled “Garden of Eden”—a paradise of harmony and abundance—was a testament to our influence on this world.
But Earth had changed. The reverence had turned to fear, the awe to misunderstanding. Humans, in their self-proclaimed wisdom, had crafted religions that twisted our legacy, turning our kings into mythical figures and our teachings into distorted parables. And then there was Jesus. Born under a significant cosmic alignment (a hallmark of Sirian royalty), his life was shrouded in mystery.
Could he be… a descendant of Cardin? A son born of my grandfather’s time on Earth? The possibility was both exciting and unsettling. The psionic abilities he displayed, the “miracles” that baffled human comprehension, were eerily reminiscent of our own. Could the dormant Sirian bloodline have reawakened in him? It was a question that gnawed at me.
You see, Earth was under the thumb of the Roman Empire. Emperor Tiberius was calling the shots, and in Judea, King Herod was his puppet ruler. Not exactly a chill time to be alive, especially if you were preaching a message that challenged the status quo. Jesus, however, did just that. He spoke of love, forgiveness, and compassion – radical concepts in a world steeped in conflict. He talked about a “Kingdom of Heaven,” a state of being attainable not through power or religious dogma, but through inner transformation and selfless service.

As Jesus preached a message of love, forgiveness, and compassion – values we Sirians held dear, we have found this was indeed absent in human interactions. He challenged the established religious order, a clash between the human interpretations of spirituality and the ancient Sirian wisdom.
When Jesus revealed himself as the messiah, his fate was sealed; there was no turning back.
Outraged and disbelief, the religious leaders, threatened by his growing influence, conspired against him. One of his followers betrayed him, a deeply disappointing but sadly a predictable human act. And then, the unthinkable: they crucified him. The brutality of it, the sheer cruelty inflicted upon one who preached only love, was a stark reminder of humanity’s capacity for darkness.
The stories of Jesus’s resurrection and ascension were perplexing. While we Sirians understood the potential of psionic energy to manipulate reality, the details of his resurrection remained an enigma. Yet, the impact on humanity was undeniable.
His teachings, though initially resisted, spread like wildfire, forming the basis of a major religion. The promise of his return, the Second Coming, hung heavy in the human consciousness. As I studied the historical records, the accounts of Jesus’s life, and the evolution of human religions, a chilling realization began to dawn. Perhaps, just perhaps, humanity wasn’t ready for the truth. Perhaps their inherent capacity for violence and misunderstanding made them a danger not only to themselves but to the rest of the galaxy. The question was no longer just about what happened to my grandfather. It was about the future of humanity itself.

In closing, we Sirians, with our long view of history and patient watchfulness, can only observe. Will he return in power, a psionic king reminiscent of Osiris? Or will his return be a subtler challenge, a continuation of his message of love? Earth, your story unfolds slowly, a fascinating puzzle, and Jesus… he remains its most compelling piece.
